Psychotherapeutic Approach: process oriented psychology

What is Process Oriented Psychology or Processwork

"Solutions and ideas exist within the difficulties themselves."

Process Work is a method based on awareness and was created by Dr. Arnold Mindell. It is a method that combines various psychotherapeutic approaches and in this way tries to follow the process or process of each person.

It is a holistic approach that does not judge your inner experiences as "wrong" or "problematic," but instead seeks to understand them and find wisdom and solutions within the difficulties that arise in our lives.

This approach helps people become aware of and integrate more unknown parts of themselves that they want to bring out and experience more in their lives.

The method uses many ways to work with people, as its goal is to truly follow each person's individual process.
